DISCLOSURES

  1. Our assessments are formally constructed, rigorously developed measurement devices and as such, are subject to error which is inherent in any technically sophisticated device designed to measure human behavior. Recommendations made based on the results of our assessments, along with other sources of corroborating information, should be done with the support of adequately trained personnel. Well-intentioned people will use the results wisely – as training and development hypotheses, and not as hard-and-fast impersonal conclusions to be imposed upon the lives and careers of other people. Results obtained by implementing our assessments and training will vary.

  2. Testimonials used on our site are done so with the consent of the Testimonialist. The testimonialist is not compensated by us for providing their testimonial.
